These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mylaunchmanager.com and the services provided by MyLaunchManager ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
We provide website design and build, website improvements, managed hosting, after-hours AI assistant setup, and related services for local businesses. The specific work, deliverables, and price for your project will be agreed in a written proposal or order before we begin.
Quotes, payment, and plans
- One-time project fees and recurring monthly fees (for hosting, AI, or care plans) will be stated clearly before you commit.
- A deposit may be required before work begins, with the balance due on or before delivery.
- Monthly services bill on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel a monthly plan with reasonable notice; fees already paid for the current period are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.
- Late or failed payments may pause active services until resolved.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information, content, and timely approvals so we can do the work.
- Ensure you have the rights to any logos, images, or text you give us to use.
- Review and approve the information used to train any AI assistant. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business details it shares.
Revisions and scope
Each package includes a defined scope and a reasonable number of revisions. Work beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately before it's done — there are no surprise charges.
Ownership
Once your project is paid in full, you own the final website content and design delivered to you. We may retain rights to underlying tools, templates, and code components we reuse across clients, and we may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Third-party services
Our services rely on third-party providers such as hosting platforms, domain registrars, email delivery, AI providers, and payment processors. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms, and we aren't responsible for outages or changes outside our control.
AI assistant disclaimer
AI assistants we set up are designed to answer common questions and collect leads using approved business information. They can occasionally be wrong or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. We configure safe fallback behavior, but you are responsible for the approved content and for any final pricing, availability, or commitments communicated to your customers.
No guarantee of specific results
We work hard to improve your website and lead capture, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as search rankings, traffic levels, or a set number of leads or sales. Results depend on many factors outside our control.
Warranties and liability
Our services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in North Carolina.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version, and continued use of our services means you accept the updated Terms.
